When I first heard about Dr Hew Len Hooponopono Meditation, I was both intrigued and baffled! He had remotley healed an entire ward of mentally ill criminals using an ancient Hawaiian spiritual tradition of clearing old beliefs and programs. It was a seemingly impossible miracle which defied all conventional knowledge and wisdom. I had to know more!

Whenever I apply the above statement to any problem in my life, I feel instant relief. It has given me great awareness and clarity of the cause of all problems. If have a problem with a person or situation, I realise that the problem does not reside with that person. It is within me and I am just reacting to subconscious memories. So rather than try to control that person or situation, over which I am powerless, I can change how I feel about it instead and resolve the problem within me.

This takes personalities and blame out of the equation and frees me up to take full responsibility for myself. I am no longer a victim of outer reality because there is no “out there” Everything is within me and that includes all problems. I have to process the problem within me in order to perceive it. 

If I view someone as wrong, bad or imperfect then the problem judgement is within me. Hooponopono meditation works by appealing to Divinity to clear those old memories or judgements so that I am left feeling more peaceful. The result is also that once I resolve a problem within me, it also gets cleared in all other minds. The result is healing for everyone involved. This is how Dr Hew Len remotely healed the ward of mentally insane criminals.
